Smoothbore, three-stage, 12 mm cal barrel, octagonal at the first part, signed “..... COMINAZZO”, then with two round sections. Beautiful snaphaunce lock engraved at the centre with a blowing mask (Aeolus?), the tang with a finely sculpted mask, the cock with a mask on the profile of the base, and the screw also with a mask in relief; pan cover with carved face, the batterie decorated with floral motifs. Full wooden stock (minor defects), iron mounts engraved with floral motifs, the pommel with mask. Belt hook. Horn-tipped, wooden ramrod and iron cartridge extractor.
