Silver wedding favour commemorating the marriage between Maria Adelaide di Savoia-Genova and Leone Massimo, celebrated on 15 July 1935 at the Tenuta di San Rossore, near Pisa. Of circular form, with a convex lid, it bears at the centre the two family coats of arms, surmounting a bandeau with the date “15. LUGLIO. 1935”. Below, the “800” silver mark and the maker's punch “Tazzeti Torino”. The ceremony enjoyed wide media resonance, bearing witness to the social and dynastic importance of the event.
