length 52 cm.
Long, smoothbore barrel of round section and square powder chamber engraved with floral spirals and with flat base with carved end, followed by a rib, also partially carved with flowers; foresight, 14 mm cal. at the nozzle. Tang with broad sight. Beautiful modern lock provided with an elaborate lock plate with carved floral spiral decorations, outlined borders and faceted pan. Elegant briarwood stock (restored shaft) with many silver mounts. Counterplate featuring spiral decorations. Trigger guard with the inscription "CORSETTO" below the foresight. Wide, turban-shaped butt-plate, elegantly engraved with floral motifs, the central part with mask within a spider's web/radiant sun. Silver-tipped wooden ramrod.
