Round, rifled, browned barrel with octagonal breech, featuring the 'SPANDAU' mark, serial number “97xx”, 'FW' stamp under the crown and various other marks; equipped with adjustable rear sight, foresight, clutch for the bayonet; 11 mm cal at the nozzle. Clearly visible rifling and clean bore. The barrel with surface oxidation (easily removable). Typical bolt with year of manufacture '1886', with serial number and model designation 'Mod. 71/84'. Wooden stock (small defect on the left side of the butt-plate) with various stamps; iron mounts and ramrod. The mounts are stamped, the upper tang of the butt plate is marked '3.G.G.R / R. 378'. Rare in such good condition.
