Clean bore, visible rifling, some pitting inside. Lock with smooth lock plate marked “A. FRANCOTTE LIEGE.” Folding bolt with rim-fire marked “GEB. SULZER” and with marks for “V” surmounted by a Swiss cross. Working mechanism. Wooden full stock with deep markings on the butt stock “RORSCHACH” and “23”, remains of stamps also in other places. Iron mounts partially marked. Interesting and uncommon.
