Smoothbore, round, 17 mm cal barrel with octagonal breech; clutch for the bayonet. Smooth tang. Lock converted to percussion, marked "COLOMBO IN MILANO", with safety. Full wooden stock with brass mounts; the first barrel band fitted with a front sight. Iron ramrod. Leather strap.
