India Moghul
length 32.5 cm.
Straight, double-edged blade with central ribbing, and double grooves; green jade grip carved with floral motifs at the base, pommel shaped as a camel's head, at the grip, a ruby set in a gold frame, with gold rein-shaped inlay. Wooden scabbard covered in green velvet (worn) with a central band of threads, pierced silver mounts, decorated suspension ring.
