The interior with leather sweatband and black silk lining, bearing the tailor’s label “E.T. SUTTON”, Paris. A tailcoat (frac) made of very fine dark blu cloth with sumptuous gilded-thread embroidery and gilt buttons depicting fasces and the monogram “RF.” The interior bears the label of the same tailor. On the left breast-plate, a miniature chain with 13 decorations displaying the insignia of the following orders: Légion d’honneur (Commander); Order of St. Sava (Yugoslavia, Knight Grand Cross); Order of St. Sylvester (Holy See, Knight Grand Cross); a French order (Grand Officer); Order of the Redeemer (Greece, Knight Grand Cross); Order of the Star of Romania (Romania, Officer); Order of Rio Branco (Brazil, Commander); National Order of the Southern Cross (Brazil, Knight Grand Cross); Order of the Crown of Romania (Romania, Officer); Order of Orange-Nassau (Netherlands, Knight); Order of Polonia Restituta (Poland, Knight); Order of the White Rose of Finland (Finland, Knight 2nd Class); Ordre des Palmes académiques (France, Knight). The uniform is completed by a pair of dark blu trousers with gold-bullion side stripes, a pair of white trousers, and a white hat cover for summer or full-dress use.
