Smoothbore, two-stage, 14 mm cal. barrel, square and round with small frames at the girdle; grooved, small frames on the firing chamber, remains of a very worn medallion and remains of a signature in block letters "PISTOIA"; beautiful archaic-style lock with flat lock plate engraved with spirals and flowers, as well as the cock and batterie; sliding pan cover, screw of the cock carved as a mask; signed inside in block letters "G. B.". Full, walnut stock with smooth frame carved around the lock plate and counterplate, shaft under the barrel with bas-relief spiral motifs. Iron mounts, fretwork counterplate with flowers and a medallion, smooth, iron belt hook. Stock with a perforated shield with profile. Butt-plate engraved with trophies of arms, button also with mask. Wooden ramrod.
