Rifled, 16 mm cal. barrel (bore with some pitting but clearly visible rifling), refreshed browning; octagonal at the first part, signed “FERD. FRUHWIRTH”, with foldaway rear sight, then round with rib and foresight (not prepared for bayonet). Smooth tang. Lock dated “852” and featuring the Imperial eagle. Full stock with iron mounts and ramrod, featuring a rare mouthpiece. Leather shoulder strap. A very interesting item, possibly of naval use.
