Information

Ruud Gullit's autographed AC Milan card, published by Panini for the "2022-23 Obsidian" series and graded by PSA. Ruud Gullit, born in Amsterdam on September 1, 1962, was one of the most iconic and influential footballers of his generation. Nicknamed "the Black Tulip" for his thick dreadlocks and his elegance on the pitch, Gullit embodied a unique blend of physical power, supreme technique, and infectious charisma, leaving an indelible mark on football history. In 1987, he joined Silvio Berlusconi's AC Milan. Along with compatriots Marco van Basten and Frank Rijkaard, he formed a legendary Dutch trio that revolutionized Italian football and dominated the European scene. Under Arrigo Sacchi, Gullit was a key player in the Milan side that won three league titles (1987-88, 1991-92, 1992-93) and two European Cups (1988-89, 1989-90), as well as numerous other national and international trophies.
