Fabio Cannavaro is a former Italian footballer and current manager, considered one of the best defenders of his generation. He played for clubs such as Napoli, Parma, Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Juventus. Cannavaro is known for his physical strength, his positional sense and his ability to counter opponents' attacks. He has won numerous national and international titles, including the Italian Serie A, the Coppa Italia, the UEFA Champions League and the FIFA World Cup. In 2006, he was the captain of the Italian national team that won the FIFA World Cup, also earning the Golden Ball award as the best player in the world. After retiring, he began a career as a coach, leading various teams in Italy and China.
