Dennis Rodman, born May 13, 1961 in Trenton, New Jersey, was an icon of American basketball. Considered by many to be the best rebounder in NBA history, Rodman stood out for his talent on the court and his eccentric personality off the court. A master of rebounds and an elite defender, Rodman, nicknamed "The Worm", was not a great scorer but excelled at recovering the ball from the basket. He won seven NBA rebounding titles, and is the only player in league history to have won the rebounding title while wearing the jersey of three different teams (Detroit Pistons, Chicago Bulls and San Antonio Spurs).
