English copy of the 1969 book "Willie Was Different by Molly," signed by Norman and Molly Rockwell. "Willie Was Different" is the only illustrated children's story written and illustrated by renowned American artist Norman Rockwell and his wife, Molly Rockwell. First published in McCall's Magazine in 1967 and subsequently as a book in 1969, it tells the story of Willie, a wood thrush who realizes he has a special and unique talent for music. Norman Percevel Rockwell (1894–1978) was a celebrated American painter and illustrator, universally recognized as the "People Painter" for his ability to capture the essence of everyday life and 20th-century American culture. Rockwell is remembered as a keen observer and storyteller of society, whose art profoundly influenced the American aesthetic. The book shows light wear on the cover. The interior is in excellent condition, as are the autographs.
