The Mew Promo (Black Star #9) is one of the most beloved holographic treasures of the Wizards of the Coast era, famous for being one of the very first official promotions to celebrate the most mysterious Pokémon ever. Featuring Ken Sugimori's original artwork and a stunning "stars and circles" holography (Cosmos Holo), this piece represents a much higher rarity than the non-holographic version, as it was distributed exclusively at select Pokémon League events in the early 2000s.
