The artwork bears the signature of the famous and beloved artist Kagemaru Himeno, renowned for his illustrations. Released in 2003, the Skyridge set represents the definitive "swan song" of Wizards of the Coast, which historically makes it the most expensive, rare, and desired set in the entire history of the Pokémon TCG. The availability of cards from this expansion in Italian is infinitely lower than their English counterparts, due to a limited distribution at the time, which makes every single holographic and reverse holo rare and in global demand.
