This Japanese Pokémon card of Pikachu is very unique, as it isn't from the classic trading card game (TCG). It's actually from a 2023 Japanese set called Pokémon Playing Cards, specifically for the "Old Maid" game, in the Super High Tension variant. The card depicts a Pikachu with a determined and angry expression, surrounded by electrical discharges. The Japanese text describes a rule of the game: when this card is drawn, all players holding a Pikachu must point to someone and yell "Pika-Chuuu!!". This card is certified by CGC (Certified Guarantee Company) and has received the highest grade of PRISTINE 10. This grade indicates a perfect card in every respect (centering, corners, edges, and surface), making it a collector's item of the highest quality.
