On the cover an enameled medallion within a pierced frame, with a portrait probably of Peter I Romanov “the Great” (1672–1725), flanked by the monogram “П I” and raised imperial double-headed eagles. Bands and base in blue enamel. Contained in a wooden case. Marked with the silversmith Ivan Petrovich Khlebnikov and the city of St. Petersburg, 84 standard.
