Finarte in collaboration with Urania Casa d’Aste presents the spring auction devoted entirely to original boards and illustrations by the great masters of comics.
The sale will take place in the prestigious Roman venue for which our experts have selected works from the early 20th century to the present day. Great international authors such as Hugo Pratt, Will Eisner, Enki Bilal, Sergio Toppi, Don Rosa, Jack Kirby, Moebius and many others will be the protagonists.
The artworks are presented with an accurate historical-critical listing, which tends to present and enhance the individual lots in order to ensure their visibility and the best sales result.
The auction will be preceded by an exhibition in Rome, offering collectors the opportunity to carefully examine all the lots, presented and enhanced by the splendid setting of our exhibition venue.
