Information
pencil and ink on cardboard
36,5 x 51 cm
Original comic art made by Crepax for "L´histoire d´O", published for the first time on page 105 by Franco Maria Ricci Editore in 1975. Crepax with his usual mastery transposes one of the most controversial novels ever into comics, setting the work of Pauline Reage in the 1930s (more suitable to represent the metaphor of violent totalitarianism applied to sex) we follow the story of O and his path as a victim who turns into a tormentor, in an exploration of sexual life that never ceases to disturb as the first day. Signed and dated.
