Engraving portrait of Tasso in a roundel on the title page, elegant headpiece engraved in copper by Lucatelli with the coat of arms of the dedicatee Anna Malaspina, slight foxing, contemporary marbled calf binding, boards framed with triple gilt fillet, blind-stamped on the board "SAE il Sig.r. Costantino Balbi", gold title within a red insert on the spine with 5 raised bands, gold decorations on the compartments richly decorated in gold, gilt dentelles, marbled endpapers, gilt edges, some slight defects. Traces of ownership stamp on the title page. § Campolongo, Emanuele. Polifemo Briaco Ditirambo , Naples, Stamperia Simoniana, 1793. Slight foxing, 20th century half-leather binding with corners and marbled paper, gold title on the spine.
