Paper manuscript of 196 numbered leaves (392 pp.), 194 x 142 mm., which also includes the work of Antonio Castaldo , Delli Romori of Naples , with its own calligraphic frontispiece with finely watercoloured letters in gold, dedication by Basurto to Countess Isabella Spinella, decorated calligraphic initials, half-parchment binding and 19th century cardboard.

Work I: historical text that documents the positive events that occurred in the Kingdom of Naples and its barons thanks to the mission of Gio. Paolo Coraggio to the court of Charles V. The work describes Coraggio's actions on behalf of the Kingdom, sent to the emperor, and begins with the time when a Lieutenant was in charge in the region.
