Diomede Carafa (Naples, c. 1406 – 1487) was an influential Italian nobleman, politician, and man of letters, a loyal advisor and minister to Alfonso I of Aragon and Ferrante I in the Kingdom of Naples. Known for his treatises on political morality, such as De regis et boni principis officio, he was a humanist and art collector, a friend of Lorenzo the Magnificent.
