Smoothbore, round barrel, with rear rib through all the length, two relieved raisers on sides at the base, ending in a leaf. Lock with roundish plate (pitting), with a lily engraved at the tang, remains of a signature "THOMAS" and marking "MAGASIN ROYAL". Wooden, full stock with small, chiselled spirals and rinceaux. Iron mounts (pitting). Trigger-guard with a lily, relieved and pierced escutcheon, pierced counter-plate. Simple, iron-tipped, wooden ramrod. Provenance: R. Brooker collection, inventory n. 392.
