Daily comic strip from October 19, 1945, for "Gasoline Alley." made by Frank King in 1918, it is one of the longest-running and most creative American comic strips. King tells the story of Walt Wallet and his adopted son Skeezix across generations. King introduced the concept of aging his characters, making them grow as the comic progresses.
