Obverse: Haloed half-figures of Saints Peter and Paul at the top within two double linear arches: to the right, Saint Peter facing left, holding an erect key and a book; to the left, Saint Paul facing right, holding an erect sword and a book. In the lower field, a semi-oval coat of arms surmounted by a tiara and half-hidden crossed keys; - Reverse: Lion facing left, with right forepaw on a globe, being crowned by a Victory flying horizontally.
