Obverse: Saint Mark seated on a throne, offering the standard to the kneeling Doge, who receives it in his hand. Behind the Doge is the standing figure of Bishop Saint Leone Bembo, resting his hand on his shoulder. In the exergue are the initials VE (Vincenzo Emo, farmer); - Reverse: The armed Doge, kneeling on a cushion, extends his arms toward the risen Christ. A dove in flight offers him the doge's horn clutched in its beak; in the background is a galley.
