Obverse: The Duke in armor on horseback galloping right. On the breastplate and caparison are small snakes. Above the horse's head is a small star. Reverse: Insect with the Visconti snake, surmounted by a helmet with a crest adorned with a plumed dragon with a child in its jaws. On the sides, the letters FI - MA surmounted by a ducal crown; surrounding, a frame with small rings in the corners.
