Original comic art made by Pichard for "Blanche à New York", published on page 13 of the fourth chapter of the "Blanche Épiphanie" saga by the French publisher Les Humanoïdes Associés in 1980. Created by Pichard and Lob between 1972 and 1987, the tribulations of Blanche Épiphanie are among the most incredible adventures in the pantheon of adult comics. The young and buxom Blanche travels the world against her will, trying to protect her virtue. Tormented by the evil banker Adolfo and a myriad of other villains, envied by Morena, saved by the cyclist Défendar, a masked and hooded hero of immense clumsiness, we find her between Africa and America in the Belle Époque.
