The Daytona 6265 was introduced to the market in 1969, along with its twin reference 6263 (with acrylic bezel); they remained in production until the late 80s, when Rolex launched its first chronograph with automatic movement, reference 16520. Given the extended period of time in which they were marketed, the 6265 and the 6263 are perhaps the two Daytona models par excellence: the watch offered in this catalogue represents one of the most iconic versions, with the "T Swiss T" writing surrounded by two Sigma, a characteristic that can be found in specimens from the first half of the 70s. Additional detail of interest of this watch is the presence of its original warranty and set of accessories.
