Specialist Notes
Reference 4178 was in production from 1940 until the mid 60s, and is one of the most famous and sought-after vintage chronograph made by Vacheron Constantin. It is a very diverse model, iconic thanks to its oversized case, an unconventional characteristic for its era, which wears the wrist even larger with its distinctive teardrop lugs, a well-known Vacheron Constantin design code.
