platinum and red goldset with a cushion-cut Ceylon sapphire of approx. ct 3,00 in the centre, on either side two brown brilliant-cut diamonds totalling approx. ct 1,20, old-cut diamonds and blue enamel, defects (enamel lacks).

The sapphire, which shows no indication of heat treatment, is accompanied by gemmological certificate No. 6234032708 of 23/08/2023, GIA.
