On the obverse "CARLO III DUCA DI PARMA PIACENZA ECC", between flags and arms the Bourbon shield surmounted by a royal crown, with three lilies arranged in a pyramid, below "1849". Smooth border. On the reverse "AI FEDELI VETERANI" and between oak and laurel branches tied at the bottom by a ribbon, "XV". At the top, suspension ring. 3 g.
