Curved, single-and-false-edged blade, (good condition), for three quarters with back fuller, ribbed in the middle at the weak; base engraved with trophies, floral and geometric motifs. Fine gilt brass hilt with fine engravings and carvings over the whole surface; U-shaped langets, one with frame, the other with crossed cannons; parry quillon slightly curved towards the blade and with lion-shaped head; guard with curl-shaped shoe and back worked with seahorse between trophies and spirals. Pommel with lion's head and eyes set with ruby-coloured semiprecious stones; long cap carved in bas-relief. Fish-skin covered grip with brass wire binding. Ring nut with carvings and engravings with phytomorphic motifs. Iron scabbard with two lugs.
