length 135 cm.
Iron, octagonal, 10,5 mm cal. barrel, with smooth, brass bore, the first part engraved with rocaille and floral motifs, after rear sight with three sight leaves, signed "BOSLER A DARMSTADT", brass foresight; at the nozzle, two round holes on the side faces (probably used to attach the outer and inner barrels by bolts); finely engraved tang. Flintlock fire striker, lock plate finely engraved with two hounds chasing three deer, background depicting open countryside; cock engraved en suite with the tang; counterplate with spring button. Half stock made of wood lightly carved with floral motifs; the voluminous butt (two cracks) contains the air magazine; beautiful brass mounts richly engraved with bust under crown, hunter and huntress with hawk and hound, mask, rocaille and floral motifs; the buttplate is equipped with a small hinged door providing access to the air pump connection. Working set trigger. Substituted ramrod.
