height 24,5 cm.
Strong iron structure, with silver decorations on the tetsu_sabiji (rusty black) finished surface. Featuring Iri-hanabishi-koushi (flowers in a grid of lozenges). Also featuring effigies of Kara-shishi (Chinese guardian lions) in the Hatomune (centre front). Provided with large suspension clasps on a pierced base. Signed “Made by Kashu-Ju Fushiwara” on the back of the handle. Finishing and silvering with signs of use and time. The tread with remains of red lacquer.
