Canna tonda, rigata (rigatura visibile, varie incrostazioni all'interno) con alzo regolabile in tre altezze e mirino, cal. 50 centerfire. In culatta punzoni del banco di Liegi. Castello liscio. Codolo dorsale recante indirizzo Remington e brevetti del 1863 e del 1864. Staffa con anello da sella sul fianco sinistro. Calcio ed astina in legno. Il collo con timbri militari d'ispezione statunitensti. Ornamenti in ferro. Il calciolo marcato "U.S." Vecchia ribrunitura. Meccanica funzionante.
