Knecht in Solingen" at the base; fire gilt brass hilt of French imperial manufacture, square quillon-block with Order (Saint Anne), quillons ending in the shape of hearts, decorated with leaves, pommel in the shape of the imperial crown, massive grip with crowned monogram "A" surrounded by a frame of bas-relieved leaves, on granulated background. Wooden scabbard with leather covering, gilt brass mounts engraved with floral motifs and decorations in the style of the Empire. Two suspension rings. Beautiful weapon of great quality.
