COLT LONDON”, marks of the London test bench on left side. The lever of the cartridge rammer and the barrel with the same numbering as the frame and the hook.. Six-shot cylinder with marks of the London test bench, clearly legible contemporary serial number; only very small traces of the engraving still visible. Frame with “COLTS PATENT” marking on the left side; serial number “37xxx”. Wide, rounded trigger guard, iron grip bands, with matching serial numbers. Various pitting. Walnut grip. Working mechanism.
