Prato, Fratelli Giacchetti, 1840-45. 13 volumes in 8vo. Portrait of Columbus on the frontispiece of Volume I and portrait of Isabella and Ferdinand in Volume II, 12 engravings protected by vellum, some in color, occasional browning and foxing. Half leather binding with hardback boards, title on the spine within a tag, minor defects.
