Specialist Notes
The project of the folding screen is based on an original sketch on paper with tempera and pencil, made in 1916 - 1918 by the artist Giacomo Balla, a prominent exponent of the Futurist movement.
The Balla folding screen consists of three panels of different height and width in wood, joined by satin brass hinges that allow to orient the elements in the desired position. The screen-printed decoration is been produced with two different color combinations, on both sides.
