Original illustration made by Manara in the 2000s, published in the volume "Le veneri di Milo" by the publisher Imprimatur in 2012. The watercolors are among the most sought-after works by the Veronese master; the shadows, the lights, the shades of color that create depth, everything makes this type of drawing so alive, and enhances the female figures masterfully reproduced by Manara. These are images in which natural settings act as a backdrop to the sensual protagonists: water, sun, wind, almost to underline the impressionist "en plein air" vein of the bodies modeled by the brush strokes. Work published on the author's website (www.milomanara.it/gallery/acquerelli). Signed.
