Specialist Notes

Lancia Aprilia Trasformabile Pinin Farina, first registration 1940 with Vercelli plate; belonged primarily to the Biella-based industrialist Giulio Rivetti - owner of the important historic cotton mill - and later, in 1951, registered in Varese to the illustrious owner, the noble architect Guglielmo Mozzoni, spouse of Giulia Maria Crespi, founder of FAI (both recently passed away). Right hand drive. Perfectly restored (in two stages - copious photographic documentation present), it has been very little used; it was recently overhauled this year and is in perfect working order; preserved interior with red leather upholstery and working instrumentation; equipped with ASI approval and CSAI fiche, it participated in only one regularity performance (ranking first - Varano de Melegari 2021 - average 1 centesimal), two Concourse d’elegance (in Novegro - 2013 absolute single prize and in Stelle sul Liston - Padua, prize Tjaarda 2015) and participated on the set of the film "Antonia Pozzi" (2015). Second 12v battery for central hidden headlight and cigarette lighter. It already has probes for regularity.
