Mark on the title page, woodcut initials, light browning, slight foxing, small loss on the flyleaf, contemporary parchment binding, traces of bindings, some stains. Ownership signature on the inside cover.

A very rare edition collecting the entire works of Catullus, the celebrated Roman poet of the 1st century BC. The volume contains elegies, epigrams, and poems. The work is enriched by a commentary by M. Antonius Muretus, a 16th-century humanist and scholar, who explains its meaning and highlights its stylistic beauty.
