The panel depicts: to the left of the Cross, the three Marys (Madonna, Martha and Mary); to the right, Saint John the Evangelist, Saint Longinus and Saint Nicodemus; in the background, the two crucified thieves and a view of Jerusalem; at the corners, medallions with the four Evangelists; on the sides, six saints.
