Specialist Notes
The evolution of the Beetle with the McPherson suspension was the model 1302 and, later, with the panoramic windscreen 1303, but the popular name was different: Maggiolone in Italy, Big Beetle in the USA. Because of the "big nose"! In the convertible version it was particularly loved and became a cult within the cult. In this maniacally restored specimen, it feels like returning to 1979 and turning on the key for the first time and letting the 1200 cc slyly take us through the streets.
