Specialist Notes
Known as the "Topolino di Milano", the car has always circulated in the Lombard capital. Used until 1965, the car was stored in a shed near Porta Genova in Milan until, in 1974, a collector began a thorough restoration. The mechanics are overhauled with original parts by Luca Biraghi, a famous Topolino engine tuner. The bodywork also receives adequate care. After the first 3,000km the Topolino is parked among the other cars in the collection for twenty years. In 1994 it was sold to another collector who will use it for only 1,500 km for the next 27 years. The magazine Automobilismo d’Epoca wanted to tell it.
