The single-cylinder Ducati was the workhorse of many riders who raced in uphill. According to many it is the most beautiful single-cylinder ever made in the world. The engine, in the Desmo version, showed very large processing margins. The “mono” Ducati was light and easy to handle. Ducati itself did not field motorcycles in the races but, in fact, the NCR (Nepoti Caracchi Racing) team was the works racing team. Collaborating up to the present day. The Ducati specimen at auction was therefore born to race: made by NCR hands and today restored in impeccable condition. Rare.
