Paris, Editions SIC, 1918. In 8°. Legatura a firma M. BARBIER mosaicata in marocchino bordeaux con bande i carta trasversali di differenti colori e tonalità, dorso con autore e titolo decorato, tagli dorati. Edizione originale con la musica di Germaine Albert-Birot e 7 disegni fuori testo di Serge Ferat. In questa opera Apollinaire usa per la prima volta (e spiega) il termine Surrealista, un neologismo adoperato qui per la prima volta.
