Parigi, Édouard Pelletan, 1903. In 8°. Rilegatura in mezza pelle con angoli. Dorso con 5 nervi e con titolo e anno in oro. Copertina della brossura editoriale conservata. Frontespizio in rosso e nero con piccola illustrazione. Testo in francese. Esemplare n. XIII di una tiratura limitata di 900 volumi. Firma dell'editore con dedica autografa. Il libro è corredato da numerose composizioni a colori ad opere di Eugène Grasset, incise da Émile Froment. Bel esemplare, in ottimo stato di conservazione.
